Trading Card Authentication and Grading

STEP 1: PRE-GRADING ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION

We will evaluate your card to determine its grading potential in terms of corners, 

edges, surface, centering, and printing quality. There will be personalized feedback from us,

whether the card is worth sending for grading based on the card’s  value or to sell it “raw” (ungraded).

*** Dislcaimer: A non-refundable fee of RM30 will be charged for the pre-grading assessment. If, after the pre-grading assessment, you decide to proceed with the full grading service, an additional fee of RM140 will be required. This fee covers the full 15 steps of the grading process.

STEP 2: SELECTION OF GRADING AUTHENTICATOR (PSA, BGS, CGC, & TAG)

Choosing the right grading authenticator is crucial to maximizing your card’s value and marketability. This step involves expert guidance to match your card with the most suitable authenticator based on its type, condition and your goals.

PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator):

Known for: Prestige, high market demand, and strict grading standards.

STEP 3: MADE PAYMENT TO PROCEED

PSA & TAG Grading Service Pricing Regular price: RM170 per card.
Discount will be given if you send in bulk orders,
If you submit 5 or more cards, the price drops to RM165 per card. 
If you submit 10 or more cards, the price drops to RM160 per card

STEP 4: RECEIPT UPON PAYMENT

Immediate Confirmation After you payment is successfully processed, you will receive an immediate confirmation via WhatsApp (Timestamp of your cards).

Issuance of Receipt

A digital receipt will be issued to you within 3 working days via WhatsApp (+60 10-820 2766, Grading Admin). The receipt will serve as a proof of payment which includes details such as the amount paid, the description and number of cards submitted, customer name and contact details, and most importantly a unique referral code.

STEP 5: REFERRAL CODE FOR SUBMISSION TRACKING

Easy-to-Track

We will provide a unique referral code for every submission from the digital receipt you received from us via WhatsApp. This code lets you securely monitor your card’s progress while keeping your personal and submission details confidential. This emphasizes security, convenience, and confidentiality, reassuring customers that their submission status is both accessible and protected. No login or personal details are required – your code is the only key to access your status.

STEP 10: SLEEVING AND PROTECTION

At our grading card service, we prioritize the utmost protection and care for your valuable trading cards. Each card is meticulously sleeved using premium, acid-free, and archival-quality sleeves to prevent scratches, dust, and moisture damage.

Our sleeving and protection process ensures that your cards remain in pristine condition, preserving their integrity and value throughout the grading process and beyond. Whether it's a rare collectible or a cherished personal card, we treat every item with the highest level of care and professionalism.

STEP 11: PACKAGING

To ensure your trading cards reach the grading authenticator safely, our packaging service strictly adheres to their guidelines. Each card is securely sleeved, placed in a rigid cardboard holder, and packed in a sturdy, solid box with ample padding to prevent movement during transit. We use tamper-evident seals and include all required documentation, ensuring your submission meets the authenticator’s standards for protection and professionalism. Your cards are handled with care every step of the way.

STEP 12: FINAL SUBMISSION TO YOUR SELECTED AUTHENTICATOR

We have partnered with a trusted courier service to provide us courier service to handle the delivery directly to your selected authenticator. This service is included at no extra cost, meaning you won’t incur any additional charges for shipping to the authenticator.

STEP 13: BE PATIENCE AND WAIT FOR THE GOOD NEWS

We understand that waiting for your grading results can be an exciting yet anxious time. Rest assured, the grading process is handled with the utmost care and precision by experienced professionals. STEP 14: CHECK YOUR SUBMISSION STATUS WITH YOUR REFERRAL CODE

STEP 15: CLAIM YOUR COLLECTIBLE WITH YOUR RECEIPT

Your receipt is your key to retrieving your graded cards, simply show the digital receipt at our collection counter to retrieve your graded cards. We look forward to handing you back your carefully graded treasures!

i) Grading Subjectivity:

Trading card grading involves a degree of subjectivity. While we strive to maintain consistent and accurate grading standards, the final grade assigned to your card is based on our professional assessment and may differ from the opinions of the grading authenticator. We do not guarantee that our grades will match those of other grading companies or third-party evaluators.

 

ii) Card Condition:

The condition of your trading card is evaluated based on industry-standard criteria, including but not limited to centering, corners, edges, surface, and overall presentation. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or imperfections that may affect the card’s grade.

 

iii) Grading Turnaround Time:

While we aim to process and return your cards within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to high volume, unforeseen circumstances, or issues beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays and appreciate your understanding.

 

iv) Grading Fees:

All grading fees are non-refundable, regardless of the final grade assigned to your card. By submitting your cards for grading, you agree to our pricing structure and payment terms.

 

v) Customer Disputes:

If you disagree with the grade assigned to your card, you may request a review or resubmission, subject to additional fees. However, all grading decisions are final unless an error on our part is identified and verified.

 

vi) Acknowledgment:

By using our grading services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and our terms of service.
